"Beautiful place with amazing views over Himare bay. The food was excellent, everything very clean, and the room - while not the most modern - was comfortable and well arranged. The staff was extremely kind, helpful, and made the stay truly wonderful. Overall a lovely and relaxing experience."

"Lovely, warm family. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Spacious with a small balcony and very spacious and new bathrooms. Incredible views. Easy trail access to walk to the beach and himare town (steep 15 min). Arrival and drive to property slightly rough steep road to get to house. Great breakfast, pizza, and cocktails with a sunset view."

"Excellent location (the view over Himare and the sunset were stunning). Very friendly and helpful guests - a local family business. Nice, cozy, green garden to take breakfast, a pizza for dinner, enjoy a coffee or a glass of wine! The food is delicious - few courses to choose from, but tasty and cooked on the spot (pizza oven right in the garden). A la carte breakfast, good coffee, delicious bread and pizza."

"The access road - you need to elevate a pretty bumby road. But the view worths the effort! And the guests were very helpful in guiding us + signs on the road (even if google maps shows you a different way)."

"This was such a gorgeous place to stay! High above Himare, we had a panoramic view of the beaches below and probably 270° around us from our hilltop vantage point! Our room was so comfortable, immaculately clean, with a balcony, complete with a table and chairs. We deeply enjoyed sitting out there, soaking in the sunset, watching and listening to the many creatures below us - goats, chickens, roosters, sheep, bells gently clanging like windchimes. It was so pastoral and relaxing. We were there in the off-season, so it wasn’t crowded. We arrived in late evening and enjoyed some drinks on the patio, enjoying the night. We awoke refreshed from comfortable beds and again experienced an otherworldly view of the coast while eating a delicious breakfast. Our host was very kind and attentive, and we had the most relaxing stay!"

"There was nothing to not like! It is a gorgeous, special place! The one thing I’d note, as Americans still acclimating to Albanian driving, is that, due to the steep and narrow road, we were nervous to drive down to Himare for dinner and back up in the dark, so we didn’t. In the day, it was fine. But if people are nervous as we are and intending a meal by the sea, eat down below before coming up."

"What an amazing guesthouse with the most stunning view over Himare. I booked one night, I ended up staying 3 and I wish I had more time to stay few more nights. The Greek family running the place is the nicest. Jason, Napoleon and their lovely mom made me feel at home. Coffee and breakfast on the terrace every morning was the highlight of my stay in Himare. Thank you so much for your hospitality. I can’t wait to be back to see you guys."

"Very friendly staff, great sea view. We also enjoyed the breakfast and pizza evenings. It takes about 15 minutes to the beach, the path is kind of steep, but it wasn’t a problem for us. The hotel is not necessarily super close to the city center, so it felt quiet, peaceful and private. We stayed two nights and we liked it way more than our stay more south. Highly recommended!"

"We stayed here in mid-September and we can honestly say it’s a fantastic place. The food is absolutely delicious – the pizza is outstanding, one of the best we’ve ever had. The rooms are clean, beds very comfortable, the hosts are incredibly kind, and the view is just stunning. It’s also a perfect base for exploring different places in the area. There are cats in the garden and nearby you can also see goats and sheep. To reach Himarë it’s about a 30-minute walk, a bit steep but still very close to everything. You can find nice secluded beaches within 15 min car ride."

"There could be some kitchen utensils (knife, glasses) in the rooms but it was not a problem to borrow them."

"I absolutely loved this place! The location is perfect, offering a stunning view of Himare and the most breathtaking sunsets. It’s also just a pleasant 20-minute walk to the center of Himare, with beautiful scenery along the way. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Our room had a balcony overlooking Himare, so perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or simply relaxing and taking in the view. Another highlight was the restaurant. I had the margarita pizza twice! it was delicious and a great change of pace from traditional Albanian dishes. Highly recommend!"

"It wasn’t a big issue, but the shower wasn’t the most convenient. That said, it’s perfectly fine by Albanian standards, and I was happy to adapt."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The place is unique, beautifully located with a breathtaking sea view and stunning sunsets. It has a warm, family-like atmosphere, with a kind and attentive staff who were available for any question. The room was simple and basic, but everything was very clean and comfortable. In the evening they serve pizza - honestly, one of the tastiest I’ve ever had (no exaggeration)."
