"The room was stylish, clean, and very comfortable, with modern design details that made the atmosphere both cozy and elegant. The bed was excellent, and the soundproofing ensured a quiet and restful night despite the central location. The hotel’s location is a major advantage - just a short walk from Brussels Central Station and close to the Grand Place and other main attractions. It made exploring the city extremely convenient. The staff were friendly, attentive, and professional, creating a welcoming environment from check-in to check-out. Overall, this hotel offers a great combination of comfort, design, and prime location. I would definitely choose it again for a stay in Brussels."

"There's a lot of choices for breakfast. My room is spacious enough and the location of the hotel is perfect. It is very near the Central Train Station, St Michael's Cathedral and the Grand Place. The receptionists are great. They are very helpful and accommodating."

"The pillows were plentiful but more similar to smaller throw pillows. There was a lot of construction at the main intersection near the hotel, not at fault to the hotel, of course."

"The hotel is beautiful and the staff have been friendly. There is no laundry service, but some places to wash your clothes nearby. There are also many restaurants, cafes and a Carrefour nearby. The train station is only a short walk away, and the train to/from BRU Airport is less than 30 min."
