"Wifi was spotty. They're very strict with allowing early check in. We had to pay for half of a night's stay just to check in 3 hours early to our room that was already available. We've been traveling for 2 years and have never had this happen anywhere else in the world, but I guess that's their policy. They will hold your luggage for you if you choose to explore before the 2pm check in time, but we were so exhausted from traveling that day."

"My room was great on the top floor with a beautiful view of the city. The location is perfect. The housekeeper was exceptionally nice. I stayed her for about two weeks and was asked daily if I wanted my room cleaned, new sheets, new towels, and more toilet paper. She was available for anything I needed."

"The wifi was very spotty. Some days, it worked all day with no problems. Other days, I couldn't connect at all, or my connection would jump in and out. I work as I travel, so this was a big setback for me. The bed was ok comfort wise, but the comforter had clearly not been washed. The front desk staff was not the most friendly. After the initial check-in, I would walk right past them with no acknowledgment (though I always say hello)."

"Great Location. Stuffs were really nice. We came early and they happily checked us in. Asked for breakfast one day early which was supposed to be free on the next day and they agreed as we had to check-out early next morning. Wifi is good. Bed was comfortable"
