Leopard Plains

"Our 1 night at Leopard Plains was probably too short. The lodge grounds are beautiful and the tents are fantastic: spacious, very comfortably appointed, very comfy beds. Dinner was great and the staff amazing. We were the only guests when we stayed - which made it almost like a private resort. If only we had realized before that we could have done some activities here, we would have stayed a night longer (but our travel plans were already fixed)."

"No complaints in any kind - our only constructive comment would be that the team could market their activities a bit more proactively! We did not realize we could do a game drive from the lodge... the guide working at the lodge seemed very nice, so it would probably have been a good activity!"

"We had a lovely stay at Leopard Plains. Very nice staff, great food and a nice ambience, especially at night with the boma and oil candles. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The lodge offers game drives to the Makghadikghadi Pans and Nxai Pans but we decided to self drive. The kitchen prepared us a delicious packed lunch on request, which was great as there is nothing in the park."

"The lodge is located in a private fenced area which is about one hour drive away from the Makghadikghadi park entry. So if you want to explore the park it is better to leave early."

"Geräumige Unterkunft, sehr bemühtes Personal. Aufgrund der Kälte wurden unsere Betten mit "Bush-Babies" (=Thermophor) abends vorgewärmt. Ausgezeichnete Verpflegung inkl. Geburtstagskuchen als Überraschung."

"Wohneinheiten teilweise etwas weiter von einander entfernt und daher in der Nacht etwas schwierig zu finden - Begleitung durch das Personal wird angeboten."

"Ruhig gelegen mit sauberem Pool. Wenig Gäste, sodass man ins Gespräch kam. Das Essen war auch sehr gut. Im Winter sind wenig Tiere zu sehen. Auf dem Bushwalk haben wir neue Informationen erhalten und Vögel gesehen."
