Villa Mango B&B

"The location was incredible, with the B&B tucked right into nature and a huge patio that had a great view of the coast. Since we were in Nosara mainly for the surf, we spent our mornings out on the waves and our afternoons just hanging out by the pool. We usually headed back down to the beach in the evenings once it cooled off a bit, and it was convenient that Playa Pelada was just a short walk away. The breakfast was also amazing. It was served on a large table where everyone staying at the house ate together, which was a nice way to start the day. Our hosts were also wonderful. They were so welcoming and went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay."

"Be mindful that the air conditioning is paid as extra. We didn't feel like we need it, it was relatively windy during the evening so the room was chilling down."

"Delicious breakfast, beautiful view, and very friendly hosts who are extremely helpful with advice and ideas for your stay. The pool is perfection. Enjoy monkeys, birds, geckos, and other wildlife from the outdoor seating area. Our room had a beautiful view of the beach. 10 minute walk to the beach, 15 minutes (uphill, but I didn't think it was bad) back."

"Two things to be aware of: the roads around Nosara are rough, including the road to Villa Mango, and not all the rooms have A/C."

"I loved the salt water pool. I can’t stay in chlorine pools for very long. I had some great, long relaxing swims in this pool. My room had a beautiful view of the jungle and Playa Pelada. You can watch the sunset and stars from this room and also from the shared deck below. This place was very peaceful and the common seating and dining areas were open and felt like they blended into the natural surroundings."
