"Very well set-up and organized! A great location with a very friendly staff and well-kept grounds!"
"Nothing!"
"Everything. The grounds and hike was beautiful. The privacy of the pools which never felt crowded during our stay. Room was so comfortable and roomy. I appreciated the endless stone jug of water in my room. Breakfast and all other meals - exceptional! The spa experience was also great! We had a driver take us from the airport to lodge and he ended up being our "go to" for the rest of our time in the Quito area."

"This was not my first visit to Termas de Papallacta - and it won't be my last one. The setting is just magnificent, and the pools are wonderful and well maintained. We had a suite with fireplace, which added to the experience. It was pure relaxation. Another true highlight is the staff, who are extremely helpful and friendly. We had breakfast and dinner in the hotel and were satisfied. The breakfast buffet is actually really good."
"The restaurant has been renovated since my last stay and is very spacious now - actually a bit too spacious. We were told that the renovation is not yet complete but right now, the restaurant feels a bit bleak (a wide pale area with no decoration). Also, as for the tables and chairs, there would be room for improvement. Obviously, this is only a minor point of critique - let's see what it looks like when renovations are complete."
"Such a wonderful place, clean, excellent facilities, and excellent service"

"The hostal is really nice, and the rooms are spacious. We were able to keep our bags at the hostal while we walked around Quito with no extra charge."

"Elena and her husband made our stay so comfortable. They were so helpful and assisted us in booking activities and ferry’s. Breakfast was lovely and everything was so clean and the warm shower was a delight - our first and only on the Islands! They even provided a late check out on our final day so we could enjoy a final activity before our departure. Isabela was our favorite island and this was our favorite stay during our travels."

"Perfect staff—helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Pleasant room with air conditioning, large windows overlooking a courtyard garden. Located in the city so some traffic noise, but terrace seating and great shower with hot water. We had delicious Ecuadorian food for breakfast in a nice setting with many plants. Our room was in the back building and had a comfortable bed. Also runs an ecolodge 15 minutes outside Puyo which we will try next time we visit Amazonia."

"Amazing breakfast, located close enough to town that it was within a short walking distance but far enough away to avoid traffic noises and noise from the nightlife. The staff were very helpful as I had an issue and they helped resolve it quickly with zero questions. I would highly recommend this place and we would have stayed longer, its garden and hammocks are quaint and make it feel very homey. I would have stayed longer in Baños just because of this hotel …"

"Our go to hotel in Loja. Good price, good location and good parking."

"Room with 4 beds was great for our group of 4. However, it was up several twisting flights of stairs which were VERY slippery when wet- and it rains daily. Not a big deal but just keep it in mind and try to pack light! Nice location, but a bit further out than most but that made finding a spot for dinner nicer. Great views from the top!"
