"The location and the wooden beams and crooked stairs are utterly charming. Plus, the apartment is spacious. The bed is a great nook and gets good air from the AC. Washer with dryer was super helpful after being on the road and hiking."

"A 35euro fee because we checked in on a Sunday (and their agency is literally across the street); I think of booking as being very transparent but this is not written clearly until pre-check in (or I missed it on the place's page). For the price, I expect the facilities to be in good working condition and clean. The shower head and walls of the shower/bathroom are not. The hangers and hanging system is not. There is no place to hang a towel. The bathroom has a faint odor of urine that accosted us as soon as we stepped foot in it. Plus, if you need soap you have to buy it from them. No soap in the bathroom sink or shower."

"This is a flat, and it met all of our needs as a family with 2 kids, one being a baby. The elevator helped with carrying luggages and the stroller. It has a wash machine, and a kitchen to prep baby food. Clean and comfortable. Close to restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, and we walked to many tourist attractions with a baby. It is also quite and calm. Met all our expectations."

"The location is perfect as a base for exploring all the best of Paris. Wonderful restaurants, cafes and shopping are at your doorstep, and the metro and buses are very close. It was quiet street and the apartment had a spacious layout (much more space that usual for Paris apartments!) for our family of 5. The pull-out beds are not very comfortable, but typical of sofa beds."

"Our host was late meeting us at the apartment to give us the key, leaving us standing in the street with all our luggage for 25 minutes. The bathroom is very small but the rest of the apartment is spacious."

"The best location, larger apartment size, two sleep sofas, safe/secure, a lot of amenities, including a full kitchen and an all-important washing machine with provided detergent and air drying rack, and a working (very narrow) elevator! The apartment is located in a relatively quiet side street in the Marais with countless cafes/brasseries/bistros etc. within walking distance. The host is responsive. Decent AC, but only cools 2 out of the 3 rooms."

"The shower was small and a little moldy. There is no place to put your soap, shampoos bottles, etc., in the shower except for on the floor. The water heater is small and can be quirky. You're going to have to avoid long showers or spilt up shower times to avoid using it all up. The owner was 45 minutes late meeting us to get the keys (he was with another client who had a problem). With too many bags to move around, we just had to wait outside the street entrance on the curb until he arrived. He did apologize and gave us a free Clarins bath amenity kit and other apartment supplies for free. Do be aware that there is an 80 euro city tax fee. Others have made mention of the 1000 euro security deposit, which is sadly true. The main master bed mattress is worn out and not supportive at all."

"FABULOUS location in the middle of a great neighborhood. Near lots of shops and restaurants. Plenty of space for our family. Loved that there was a washer/dryer"

"Everything was perfect. The apartment was super clean, and the host and staff were very friendly. They immediately handed us the keys upon arrival, making the check-in process very smooth. Their office is just a few meters away from the apartment in case you need anything (although we didn’t). The apartment is spacious enough for a family of five, and the neighborhood is very safe."

"Fabulous location. Fit our family of 5 perfectly. It is effectively open plan living with 1 bedroom however when asleep can close door between each room. Plenty of kitchen pots/ plates/ bowls, linen, pillows and towels. Provided a few laundry detergent sheets, plus dish liquid, cloth and tea towels. Allowed us to store our cases free of charge from checkout until departure of Paris in their office which is across the road. Downside: the washing machine was not functioning properly and for the life of me I could not work out the dryer function, the clothes were getting steamed! Things you need as a family travelling. Also, no start up coffee supplies :)"
