"Excellent first impression 👏🏽 Loved that the shuttle was prompt and that everything was handled efficiently and professionally. The room was very clean. Staff were very courteous and helpful, there was a little gym that was nice, the pool seemed ok. Food and restaurant were also nice. It was a great location."

"The property looks small but it has all the necessary things. The bedrooms are great, clean and nicely decorated. The bed is super comfortable and big, I don’t think I ever slept in a more comfortable bed in my life, I have difficulties with sleep, but after breakfast I would take a nap and it was wonderful. The bathroom is good too. I loved how the blinds in the window really work, so it was easy to sleep when it was light outside. There is a scale on the bedrooms, so it was a nice surprise. The Wi-Fi is good and the tv worked fine. The staff is nice and friendly too. There is a small gym and swimming pool. The location is great, it’s less than 10 minutes walk from the Kumasi Mall, so it makes it easy to shop, eat around and watch a movie."

"Only snome very minor things in the room design: there is no safety bar in the shower, and that would help for us older customers. The lack of an elevator requires walking up a flight of stairs, but staff was very helpful and carried our bags, so the lack of an elevator was not a problem"
