"The hotel is perfectly located for arriving by bus late at night. A few minutes walk and you are at the hotel.. There is no need to worry about finding an honest taxi or onward travel. A very warm and friendly welcome by professional reception staff who speak English. Rooms are clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was great. There is a very good supermarket next door and lots of restaurants. It is a short, easy walk to the centre to and you can leave your luggage after check out so perfect if your onward travel is by bus. Kosovo is such a friendly country, and I loved the atmosphere and welcome in Prishtina."

"Very helpful staff - they would coordinate taxi rides at good prices using a local app, and explain things to the driver in French. Really good food - loved the delicious green beans and the mixed vegetables. Also really enjoyed the unusual tuna omelette. Walkable location on quiet road, close to many beach bars, Good value stay."

The WiFi network has many overlapping networks with different numbers (Hotel Aurore 2, Hotel Aurore 4, etc.), and none of them would stay consistently online. At one point I was able to do 20 minutes of streaming, but at many other times I could not do photo uploading. If they could get a solid WiFi connection all under a single network, this would be a huge upgrade. The jacuzzi was not actually heated when I checked. I was in two sizes of rooms, and the A/C seemed to do a pretty good job in the smaller one, but struggled to cool the room in a triple room, which may reflect the size of the room vs. the A/C output. The shower did not actually work when I first arrived (though they were able to fix that within about 15 minutes.) Even when fixed, the shower water got lukewarm, not hot.

"Everything was excellent. The staff’s behavior was very good, especially Mr. Mohammad at the reception, and Mr. Mazan and Chef Omar in the restaurant. They were very kind and attentive, constantly checking to make sure everything was fine and quickly providing anything we needed."

However, the hotel refrigerator was empty and there was no minibar. Also, whenever we ordered something, we had to pay immediately, as it could not be charged to the room.

The winding stairs up to my room. Otherwise my room was nice looking over the pool and garden.

I thought perhaps the restaurant menu was a little limited. The same soup every evening.

Disappointed with how breakfast servers expect tip for them brining the coffee to you. If you don't tip them one day, they won't even ask you for coffee the other day. That behavior from a 5 star hotel was disgusting. The shower massage did not work. I stayed in two rooms but it was not working in any of the rooms. The bidet was leaking. You just don't expect such things from a 5 star. Being a 5 star hotel they don't carry a first aid box. I was shocked when they told me the don't have first aid when I needed something. A small organization of 15 people have first aid and this was a well branded 5 start hotel.

"Ibis is many times so and so in Europe, but this one was a positive surprise! The very friendly staff and kitchen made a late dinner even we arrived at the closing time of the restaurant! Rooms 'Ibistiny' but clean and good beds!"

slow evening dinner service in restaurant; dated furnishings/decor in units; units with kitchen facilities should include a table and chairs inside the unit; uppermost level units are only accessible via narrow sharply rising twisted pathways full of potholes and broken pavement (and no guard rails of any kind) making them dangerous for driving and quite scary for folks with mobility challenges.

"Paradise Beach hotel location was perfect. Right on the beach .close to the airport and Kingston. The hotel has a restaurant and bar which was great. Service was awesome and employees are courteous and helpful. Geraldine in customer service is the best .very friendly and helpful me tremendously ."

"We liked that we were away from the busier Old Town and that we were on the ocean. We were able to take a walk along the bay area and really enjoyed taking in the views there."

We liked everything, it was nice to have the option to enjoy dinner right at the hotel and a bonus that there was a discounted first night for the dinner. The buffet was good and breakfast was great as well. If the weather permits it would be wonderful to be able to sit outside overlooking the ocean.

The reception team was outstanding: Mesut welcomed us with tea, explained everything in detail, helped arrange transfers, and suggested several itineraries (always in a non-intrusive way). He speaks excellent English. Enes, was equally attentive and efficient, quickly resolving any issues (TV, hairdryer, etc.) and always checking that everything was fine. The housekeeping staff were consistently warm and friendly, and kept the room very clean without ever disturbing us. At breakfast, the lady was very kind and did her best to accommodate all our requests. The hotel is very peaceful, with a fantastic view and location, and is well suited for families with children."

Breakfast room a little confusing as no one about to to ask where things were. In a different room and a bit here & there.

"Pool was very nice and the beach was beautiful. The guys on the water sports section would bring out an umbrella for you and set it up which was great. They also had good entertainment every day. Mostly music at night, but also a fire show which was fun."

Service at the restaurant was really slow. The staff was very nice, but it took forever to get a drink or food. Also, there was no where to easily get coffee in the morning. If they had a little coffee shop area, that would really be a great addition. Walking into town was complicated by the 2 giant sandals resorts next door, so the roads all looped around those, but we did find we could walk down the beach to get to the Dover market and restaurants there pretty quickly.

"Pool, gym and sauna were very good, breakfast options are limited but met our expectation. close to mountains and weather was quite good. highlight of this stay was waking distance till terenkur lake with walking area, was quite pleasant."

bathroom was little cold and fans are bit old, breakfast a bit limited for this price range. not so many options of shops and restaurants near by.
