"The room is REALLY spacious, great amenities, amazing location, literally in the city center, about 5 min walk from the port. The host is really great and answers quickly, very clean, great shower, grocery stores and restaurants as soon as you go out the the entrance gate."

"It is a bit noisy during the night, but thats understandable given the location, other than that, no complaints."

"Perfect location, lovely clean room with a comfy bed, modern bathroom, TV with Netflix, WiFi, mini kitchen and everything you need! The host was welcoming and friendly. The only tiny downfalls were that there were no toiletries such as shampoo etc and the air con setting couldn't be changed. Apart from that couldn''t fault it. Walking distance from the old town and all the bars and restaurants but secluded in a cobbled street so there was no noise and very peaceful at night. Highly recommend!"

"Everything here matches the photos perfectly. The room is well-equipped and has everything you need, and it’s very convenient to heat up some food. The host is very nice, patient, and always responds quickly with helpful instructions. I had a really pleasant stay and would definitely recommend it."

"Although the small fridge in the room was not powered on, there is a larger shared fridge available outside, which works well"

"We chose Split Varos for its central location, as one of our party had mobility issues, and we were not disappointed - it's right in the heart of the old town, close to all the top sites one would wish to visit and the harbour front. It was spotlessly clean, everything worked and the rooms were large and very well appointed."

"It's a very nice accommodation with everything you may need incl. Aircon and a nice bathroom. Location was perfect for getting around old town Split. Communication with host was brilliant. And they let us keep our luggage in hallway when we checked out (which is shared by all room guests)"

"The room is quite dark due to the small, recessed window, which lets in very little natural light. This isn’t a major issue if you don’t plan on spending much time there during the day. Unfortunately, noise was an issue for us. Footsteps and movement from the upstairs neighbours were clearly audible, and on one night, other neighbours were loud and kept us awake until 2 a.m"
