"Overall great. As they we're not very busy we had a breakfast made to order, normally a buffet. It was excellent with too much food for us to eat. The room was a good size and the bed excellent. The staff were very accommodating. Supper was fantastic but again way more than we could eat but made sure we did not go hungry. The entrance to Petra is any easy walk slightly downhill with lots of shops and restaurants along the way."

"The location is only about 8 min walk to Petra. The staff were so welcoming, and even helped organize a taxi driver who continued to assist us throughout our trip in Jordan (Shukran Essam) The breakfast was great, and the room and facilities were very clean. A great base for exploring Petra."

"Great staff, large clean room, very comfy bed, short walk to entrance to Petra, great roof terrace and tasty evening buffet if you are too tired to go out again later. Jordan Heart restaurant next door also great."

"You get some road noise but it isn’t too bad and hard to avoid if you want to be close to Petra entrance."

"Great stay, highly recommended The location is very good and convenient, and the food is good as well. The reception staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful, always providing useful information and great tips for visiting Petra. They are always available to answer any questions related to your trip and to assist at any time. The rooms are clean and comfortable, hot water is available at any time, and there is always tea and coffee available in the room, which makes the stay even more pleasant. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"The hotel is nice and clean, and the location is excellent, very close to the Petra Visitor Center. The room was well-equipped with amenities. The staff was very welcoming and even left us a small gift in the room. They were also very helpful, and maintenance quickly fixed an issue in the room. We didn’t personally use it, but the hotel offers dinner options on-site and lunch boxes for visiting Petra at a reasonable price."
