"It was very clean and comfortable. Great staff, always present and friendly and accommodating. Loved how polished the floors seemed and the shoe rack in the lobby was the best. Location was perfect for walking all around the whole town and was quiet at night. We really enjoyed our time here and the beds were one of the comfiest in the country!"

"Uncle Sam Villa is a great little place to stay for exploring Siem reap. The owners are very nice and help you out with everything. The room is super clean and it’s a quiet stay because it’s down an alley, within walking distance to pub street. Breakfast not included but you can get a nice breakfast at the restaurant for $5. Would definitely stay again! Also has very good laundry services!"

"The stay is on an alley that is a 7-8 minute walk to Pub street. The only thing I will say is that if I was by myself as a solo female traveler I might not have felt entirely comfortable walking to and from pub street at night as the alley and street connecting to pub street is not very busy and kind of isolated. I was with family so it wasn’t a big deal but keep in mind if you are a solo female or come back before dark."

"The room was extremely clean which is number one on my list. For the price, it was outstanding. It had a small fridge, hot water, two twin beds, and was very close to Pub Street. I don't drink but there are many restaurants on Pub Street along with markets. It was easy to book day trips from there and everyone was kind. As a female solo traveler, I felt 100% safe. I miss it!"

"Great location, down a quiet alley. Steps away from pub street and old market but none of the noise. Accommodating, friendly staff. Clean rooms and super comfy bed. Cold AC and mini fridge kept water very cold. They set up a tuk tuk driver for a tour of the temple who was amazing."

"No safe in room but family run business, someone was always around and it felt very safe."
