"Location is excellent. The view is amazing. The hotel is located right on the water and you can see the ocean from your room. There is no beach as the area in front of the hotel is very rocky, but the view is still incredible. The service is also top notch. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. They go above and beyond. The included morning breakfast is delicious. There are plenty of choices and delicious foods to make it worth your time every morning. They also have fresh juices that inspired us to buy a juicer when we returned to our home. Room was large enough to enjoy or stay and beds were firm, but comfortable. This place has incredible value and definitely get so much for what you pay."

"Everything. Very friendly staff, quite location for getting some good rest. The good weather helped. It is away from tourist attractions and crowds. If you want to experience Jeju's many attractions, this may not be in a good location, but if you are expecting good weather and you wish to relax in the sun, read a book or the Bible and watch the blue sky and the blue ocean and thank the Lord for his beautiful crwation, this may be the right place for you to relax as well."

"Beautiful seaside hotel with some of the friendliest inn keepers that you will ever encounter. The breakfast buffet they served was extraordinary for a hotel this size."
"The biggest downside to the hotel was its rather distant location. They had a very limited options in the hotel for dinner and few restaurants within a walkable distance most of them would challenge a foreigner. A small gripe but the toiletries they provided were rather paltry."

"We had only a 1 night stay and it was excellent. The room was comfortable and so was the shower. Staff were warm and friendly and we enjoyed the breakfast tremendously (has a home feeling to it). The room was right next to the sea and when we walked around, we saw lots of little crabs. We didn't have the chance to eat there but they are close (you still need a car) to some of the best abalone restaurants of Jeju."

"The room was spacious and comfortable. It was well-stocked, which was awesome because I had misplaced my toothbrush, but the room had a toiletries bag that included a new one! The bed was comfortable, and the mini-fridge and kettle were great. The breakfast in the mornings was tasty and filling. The staff at the front desk were super kind and helpful."

Their breakfast was a diverse selection, including Korean, American, and other dishes that could be customized to suit my preferences from the tables."
"Bigso was a total surprise. Like an oasis! Calm and quiet, spectacular views, kind and warm hosts. The bed was so comfortable! My bedroom window opened letting in fresh air. Everything is within easy walking distance or access to local transit. I’d stay here again without hesitation!"
