"Hotel Thilanka provided an outstanding service during our stay there. They made sure to give us interconnected rooms and the GM Mr. Tim Paldano and his staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything to make our stay comfortable. When we had to host a family dinner, Tim made arrangements to have a beautiful setting in the garden to provide the right ambience for the dinner. The complementary fruit platters and snacks was much appreciated. We will definitely stay again at Thilanka and a big thank you to Tim Paldano and the entire staff for making our stay memorable."

"The most welcomed staff I have confronted. The hotel has a very good swimming pool with the Kandy lake view. Walking distance to the Sri Dalada Maligawa. Good location."
"There was a problem about the shower when we stayed. The water is not very hot."
"The views from the hotel are amazing. The infinity swimming pool one of the best I have ever had the pleasure to swim in. We stayed in a very spacious Royal Pavilion Room on the 4th floor with views of the lake and the pool below. The Buddhist temple of the tooth is a 15minute walk down the hill, so an excellent location"
"The electric sockets in the room could do with updating. Although the pool opens at 7.00am there were no towels available - a small oversight in the grand scheme of things."
