"Locație aproape de parcul Catedralei, grădina publică Ștefan cel Mare. Am găsit loc de parcare în fața locație (am observat că seara se găsesc mai multe locuri libere în zonă). Magazin la parterul blocului, pentru strictul necesar, și câteva cafenele foarte aproape de locație."
"Deși există aer condiționat în cameră, ușa de la bucătărie trebuie ținută închisă (ca să se răcorească în rsstul casei), deoarece soarele e prezent în cea mai mare parte a zilei și bucătăria devine saună (cted că dacă se pun niște jaluzele verticale la geamurile balconului, se va simți o îmbunătățire)."
