"My grandchildren and I have stayed here countless times! Staff are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The hotel itself has a warm and calming atmosphere. We love the Junior Suite room which gives us the space we need to eat, sleep and play! The restaurant food is always good, and the spinach lasagna was a treat. The chef is happy to ensure that my meals are vegetarian. :-) There are beautiful walks and a children's playground right by the hotel. The kids and I had a fab time!"

"This was my second stay at the Hotel Arte, and it was super! Everything was excellent - super-friendly and helpful staff with excellent English (but willing to help with my Polish!), lovely food in the restaurant (even for vegetarians), well-equipped and clean apartment, close to shops, parks and lovely walks and the hotel was cosy and warm, which was very much appreciated as I had my two grandchildren with me. The hotel is definitely child-friendly. :-) My grandson keeps asking me when we are going to stay here again! It will be soon! Thanks to all at Hotel Arte for a fantastic stay!"

"The breakfasts were amazing. Something different every day and the variety was a pleasant surprise and got us trying new things. The restaurant attached serves delicious food, the staff on the bar at breakfast time and in the evening are super accommodating and friendly. Very clean, sockets were accessible and located in good places. Perfect for a short stay. Loved the outside terrace!"
"Perhaps a little dated, the cushions on the bed weren’t great but that’s our own personal preference as we prefer firmer pillows. Due to the age of the property we heard the people above us but that couldn’t really be helped."

"Beautiful original palace from 19th Century, surrounded by an old park and overlooking the lake. The views are stunning. Very good breakfast and delicious food at the restaurant. We also like an allowance for the Aqua Park. Getting there was easy and the hotel has a spacious parking lot."

"We stayed there for 3 days. Hotel is super nice. They have indoor and outdoor pool and spa. Room was very modern and very clean. Beds were very comfortable. We had a nice view on the "Babia Gora" Mountain as well as a big balcony. Hotel has free wifi. They also have ping pong table inside. The buffet breakfast was absolutely amazing! They change it up a little every morning, so there's always something new to choose from. They also offer dinner options as well. We'll definitely be back."
