"The hotel is in the perfect location to explore Krakow. Our suite was amazing, it was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was very good and staff provided excellent customer service. Check out the Oyster Bar downstairs, you can have a drink here or take advantage of the fantastic seafood on offer. Highly recommended."

"Majority of hotel rooms face a touristy Grodzki street. Plus, our stay fell on a weekend during August school/ university vacation period; not surprisingly there was a lot of street noise. We had to close windows, which solved the problem. While booking, contact the hotel about their quiet rooms facing the inner yard."
"I was surprised by how quiet the room was, since its windows opened up to a very busy street. But we were very comfortable. I appreciated the small gift of chocolate upon arrival, and the room had everything we needed."
