"The room was quite warm, and with the windows not opening, you're relying on the AC, which isn't very effective. The pillows are fairly thick and not very comfortable to sleep on. It'd be nice to have a shoehorn in the room."

"Hotel location can sum up in one word “IDEAL”, not to mention, the nice staff they were so helpful. The room “Family room with Cathedral view” was so nice it was clean, and very decent size."

"The location of the Mercure Hotel was perfect. I requested rooms close together and they were beside each other, perfect. I had contacted the hotel with a special request to maybe have something in my sons room to say Congratulations as we were on this short trip to Wroclaw to celebrate his Confirmation. He was delighted to find a handwritten card, and treat of chocolates and fruit, and a room upgrade in arrival. It was fabulous! Thank you. One of the female members of staff on reception on check in was so welcoming to me, my husband and 2 kids. It really makes a different to a hotel stay when staff are friendly and have nice chats."

"The hotel is very comfortably located to visit the town center. Its closed car park provides a good parking location with easy access to the hotel. The rooms are spacey, comfortable, and well equipped. The staff is always a pleasure to interact with, they are courteous and helpful. The breakfast is awesome, varied, with lots and lots of options. I half-remembered the espresso machine from my previous visits to provide mediocre coffee - however, this time it was much better. What's even more amazing is that they provide V60 equipment, so you can brew your own quality coffee if you are into this."

"The room was rather cold. It might have just been the sudden temperature drop and all the changing weather, but still. Upon arrival the cleanliness of the bathroom was not entirely on spot, some more care would be appreciated about that."

"The bed was very comfortable. The rooms are clean and modern, there is nothing shabby about it. There is a very convenient small table to be used in the bed, a nice feature! They had bath robes and slippers, noise cancellation, rooms are of good size. I appreciated the kettle in the room."

"I can't really think of anything other than some water spillage during showers because they don't close all the way. And the trash bin pedal in the toilet in room 331 didn't work, I had to open it manually. These were not critical for me at all."

"The location is excellent, especially if you want to go to Catholic mass as there are five per day right across the street. The staff were helpful, especially Adrian at the front desk who arranged two boxed breakfasts for us since we left early to catch a 7:07 a.m. train. The breakfast buffet was excellent, especially the pancakes."
