"The location is very good and convenient. The room was kept impeccably clean throughout the entire stay, which we really appreciated. The staff was extremely kind, polite, and helpful at all times, always willing to assist and with a genuinely good attitude. We also appreciated a very thoughtful detail on December 31st, when they brought us grapes, which was a lovely gesture and made us feel well taken care of."
"There were no proper toiletries provided. For three guests staying six days, the amenities offered were clearly insufficient: only two small soap bars, three disposable paper cups, and an all-in-one soap, shampoo, and conditioner product. At a minimum, basic items such as toothpaste should be included. The walls are very thin, and noise was an issue, especially as we were staying on the first floor with the restaurant located directly above us on the second floor, which made it difficult to fall asleep. Breakfast also lacked variety, as it was essentially the same every day (eggs, bacon, cheese, and bread). After several days, we decided not to have breakfast there due to the repetition. Parking was another difficulty, although this seems to be a broader issue in the country rather than solely the property’s responsibility."
"The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. The property is in a good location at the very top of the shopping street area. If you want a relaxed time and not be in the center this is the place to stay. Transportation was no problem, there was either a taxi or Uber available to go anywhere in the city. The rooms are modern and clean and warm in the winter. Thank you very much."

"Affordable and good price for a night's stay. Honestly can't give a fair assessment because of external factors. However, the shower pressure was good, the bed was soft, the outlets were near the head of the bed."
