Everything was great, nothing to complain about

"When we received the keys, we were given all the necessary information about our stay. The owner was very kind and even offered us an apartment with a better view. I really appreciate that what I saw in the photos was actually even nicer in reality. The chalet looks exactly like in the pictures (including the equipment) and so does the surrounding area. The location is absolutely perfect for hiking trips – if you want to visit the Logar Valley or Velika Planina, it’s about a 90-minute drive by car. I also appreciated the convenient parking right next to the chalet."

"Friendly staff, great location, near all the tracks in DNP. Quiet, calm place with an amazing view during the day and night (stars are amazing!). Cottage and the territory is really clean and tidy. Here we have got a very warm welcome and we would definitely get back here. Their dog Rex are super friendly)"

Cottage is actually quite small, but very well equipped. If you stay for couple of days it’s more than enough.

It’s not to easy to stay in this place without a car.

"The place was beautiful and clean and exactly as described. It was a lovely stay. The view was amazing and the location was practical, close enough to walk on foot to the city center. But also far enough to be quiet and calm. The staff "Khalid" was pleasant and polite and very helpful."

The only downside was the staff "Ahmed" who was unpleasant and rude and when I told him he is being impolite he didn't even apologize and got worse. Thankfully Khaled was there to deal with instead. I would recommend guests to deal with him directly.

"Fantastic views of the Matterhorn, plus the town of Zermatt, especially from the bedroom upstairs which means the view is wonderful to look at when you wake up in the morning! Very comfort and cosy refurbished old cabin which has real authenticity. The owners are very friendly and always helpful."

The three flights of stairs to go to the toilet during the night and carting up all our ski gear from the road below.

"Our host, Marco, picked us up at the car rental and led us to the cottage, with a stop at the supermarket first. Spice Cottage is a quiet, slightly rustic, Caribbean cottage. It was perfect for our family."

"I loved the peaceful atmosphere and the beautiful natural surroundings. It’s the perfect place to relax, unwind, and reconnect with nature. The hosts were incredibly kind and always willing to help with anything to make the stay as comfortable as possible. The location is ideal — far enough from the city to feel disconnected, yet close enough that you can easily walk to the center when you want."

Nothing significant — everything was as expected for a nature-focused stay.

"Nice house in quiet neighbourhood, hostess was very friendly and helpful. Excellent value for our group of four people. We had a hired car and from the house had easy access to Chobe park gate for a drive and to the river for a boat cruise. For those without a vehicle the host is able to book excursions."
