"The place was beautiful and clean and exactly as described. It was a lovely stay. The view was amazing and the location was practical, close enough to walk on foot to the city center. But also far enough to be quiet and calm. The staff "Khalid" was pleasant and polite and very helpful."

"The only downside was the staff "Ahmed" who was unpleasant and rude and when I told him he is being impolite he didn't even apologize and got worse. Thankfully Khaled was there to deal with instead. I would recommend guests to deal with him directly."

"Good Wifi. The property was large, with three upstairs bedrooms, two bathrooms, downstairs kitchen and sitting areas as shown on Booking.Com. There was a parking space allocated for guests on the road."

"When we arrived there was no heating. This was turned on virtually after we contacted the host, but then stopped working. This did not warm the property which is a big space and all tiled floors. There was also no hot water. The gateman was sent to fix the water but we had to call the host to get him back 3 times, as it was still not working. The gateman then said he was going to sleep and walked out on us leaving us with no hot water. We were told to wait 30 min and there would be hot water but we had no hot water in the evening or early morning. By 10.30 there was luke warm water. We used kettles of warm water to shower. We slept in our thermals, clothes plus gloves/scarves . The place is very poorly maintained with many fixtures broken, the property was also dirty especially the kitchen. There were only 4 mugs, one chipped and one with a hole in the side. Plates were covered in food and not washed. The cutlery was very dirty. No lights worked over the dining room table. Only one hand wash in the downstairs toilet, and one shampoo between the two bathrooms upstairs, the listing stated toiletries provided. Towels were dirty and stained, plus holes on bedding, chairs, and pillow cases. This is the worst place we have ever stayed at and IS NOT SUITABLE FOR A WINTER STAY. No fire lighter was left. The owner is virtual and sends a gateman so I am not sure the owner is aware of the state of the property. We reached out upon returning to the UK via Booking.com to put in a complaint and Booking.com confirmed the host wold not provide any compensation instead Booking.com apologised on behalf of the property."

"Le chalet Asmoun est très agréable et très bien situé si vous souhaitez découvrir la région (Fès, Ifrane, Azrou, Sefrou, ...) La ville d'Imouzzer Kanddar est très agréable avec un grand parc et un très bon marché. Le logement est confortable avec grande cuisine, grand salon, deux salles de bain et de belles chambres. Un garage est également disponible pour garer la voiture très pratique. Vous avez le wifi et une machine à laver(séchage compris) qui est pour ma part un vrai plus en voyage. Khalid le gardien est également à votre écoute si vous avez besoin. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet endroit calme et reposant face à la forêt. Je recommande"

"Chalet molto carino e comodo e soprattutto spazioso. Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte ma l’impressione è davvero buona. Tre camere, tre bagni, un soggiorno con tantissimi posti letto, camino, cucina grande ed attrezzata, wifi, a pochi passi dal centro del paese. È stato facile arrivare grazie alle indicazioni del proprietario ma non trovare il civico giusto in quanto non c’è alcuna una scritta e la persona che avevamo contattato per appuntamento è arrivata tardi e l’abbiamo rintracciata grazie ad una altra affittuaria. Parcheggio comodo su strada di fronte."
