"Comfortable, clean, and spacious. The property has a very nice terrace to work from and excellent Wi-Fi everywhere throughout the building. There was a parking storage area for our motorcycles. We really enjoyed the host, and he was very helpful with our choices for dinner."

There were some challenges with the hot water. While it did get hot for a little bit, it didn't stay hot. This made showering there a little challenging since we were there on very cold days.

"I liked the really nice welcoming and that the apartment is well clean, it contain everything you need for a calm relaxing and enjoyable holiday, the AC in the house is in every room and it's a really important thing in Marrakech we was satisfied and happy with our experience, the woman who welcome is sooooooo nice she try her Best to make feel good and the owner is so hospital and reply on all your question with a bigger smile ☺️"

Beds were rock hard and bad odor in the bathroom. No pool towels provided, but on asking some were given that were left by a previous guest. The Medina experienced a power outage that lasted several hours. It would have been nice for the hosts to have flashlights or lanterns on hand for these situations.

"First, the staff - really outstanding helpfulness, kindness, and good service throughout. We especially want to thank Hamzi, who helped with so many things (including good directions). The Riad is beautiful, and beautifully managed. Provided excellent guide (Kamal) for our very good day exploring the Medina and learning about history, culture, life today, etc. Also provided very good driver and guide for out-of-town excursion (although a bit challenging, as neither spoke much English) Excellent dinner, and lovely breakfasts Wonderful massage! Our rooftop room was simply wonderful, spacious, well organized space, functional"

"The staff were so warm and welcoming. Truly exceptional care from Yassine and Oeafae. The place was very cozy, we loved the quirky decorations and rooftop views, and the daily breakfasts were perfect. The shopping and meal with Oeafae and Noelle was a highlight, Yassine hooked us up with a great camel ride guy, and having a fire in the bedroom was delightful! Great location, very quiet but in the heart of the Medina."

"-Stunning place with great atmosphere. -The style and decor is grand and with a lot of taste. -Lots of places all around the place indoor our outdoor to sit, lounge and relax. -The pool space is amazing, beautiful and peaceful. -The fact that there are only 26 rooms makes it really enjoyable as it is not crowded during breakfast / by the pool. -It's very quiet (no children policy). -The place is safe (closed with a gate and a wall all around). -The buffet brunch in the garden, while we did not experienced it, seemed magical. the smells and setting was amazing. -Very comfy beds. -The little roof top overlooking the pool is great to watch sunset with the mountains background."

-Staff can be either very welcoming and super nice or cold and almost unfriendly. -It's a good 30 minutes by taxi or private chauffeur to get to the center of the city (25€ / journey), there is absolutely nothing to do around the hotel as it is mainly fields. -Items forgotten during breakfast (took two breakfasts, happened twice). -Two much eggs on the breakfast menu which is either continental or marrocan style. It is very copious, a buffet would be better and would probably generate less waste. -We experienced quite a slow waitering while other guests were served almost immediatly. -A bit disapointed by the private chauffeur (provided by the hotel) we used every time we wanted to go in the city and back whom was kind of rude when dropping us off at the airport the last day. -Spa was a bit disappointing (got the Palais Ronsard massage). -Prices of beverage (especially by the pool) are kind of overpriced (25€ for a cocktail, 14€ for a beer). Greatest disapointment : We travel every year for my birthday in beautiful hotels around the world and this is the first time we experienced a total disregard for it while it was mentioned at the reservation and while we dined at the hotel restaurant on that day to celebrate it. If you are travelling to celebrate something, make sure to know that beforehand as there will be no small attentions for the day to make it extra special.
