"Spacious living area, good comfortable beds and pillows. Lovely view of Matterhorn. 5 minute walk to Funicular. Ski shop next door. Great boot room, apartment on the next floor - very few stairs to climb! Good value."

The apartment is a little dated, oven and dishwasher required attention but did work. Settees could have been more comfortable.

"We had such an incredible stay in Switzerland at this small hotel with one of the most stunning views I’ve ever seen. The price for the area was unbelievably reasonable, which made it feel even more special. Our travel plans got delayed, and we were worried about picking up the keys, but the staff were extremely kind, flexible, and accommodating the whole time. They made everything easy for us, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a beautiful stay from start to finish, and I couldn’t recommend it more."

The AC in the hotel really did not function, had to open windows up during the day because it could get very hot and stuffy. At night it cooled down with the windows open.

"The property was in a good location. Room was laid out well. Really appreciated the clothes drying rack. Wonderful to have a fan."

The shower really needs doors not curtain. Shower head is very strong so have to watch very closely that it doesn’t hit the curtain. We folded the pillows in half and they were still very flat.
