The location of the stay is very close to the Metro station and you can go to the old city in 30 minutes. "I like comunication. In apartment is really everything what I need (I cooked everyday). Everything here was clean. Big supermarket Super Food plaza is 10 minutes by walk. Eagle beach is 25 minutes by walk."

Electricity and air conditioning were sometimes not available because of the power outages but it is this way everywhere in Myanmar now.

The reception was almost never occupied, and the person on the indicated phone number did not speak English. So checking in and paying was a bit tricky. Internet is a bit slow for working, but OK. Also, mind that you may need to bring your own shampoo, soap, and hair dryer.
