Resorts in Morocco

"Amazing location right on the beach. Bungalows are a bit dated but they are clean, comfortable, and the air con works great. Staff is exceptional, always willing to help you out with whatever you need. The daily breakfast is small and basic but we complemented ours with yogurt from Tina’s 24/7 market and it was perfect. The lagoon is so close, literally feet from your bungalow. The beach chairs are nice. Plenty of parking for cars or scooters. The grounds are pretty and well maintained."

The restaurant is only open on Wednesday and Saturdays so you need to go elsewhere the other nights for dinner. There are a couple of places within walking distance but you will need wheels of some kind to get to a grocery store or other dining options. WiFi works great out by the office or at the tables in the restaurant but you risk getting eaten by mozzies, wifi didn’t work very well in our bungalow.

"Beautiful view, with exceptional service. The staff is extremely friendly, makes a point of learning your name and providing the personal touch. A bit outside the busy Stone Town area, very close to the airport. Well priced."

The breakfast is a bit disappointing, would have loved a strong cup of coffee, but the rest of the menu is really enjoyable, and the great service more than makes up for the slightly under par breakfast.

The curtains didn’t open and close fully and bathtub stopper didn’t work. Ongoing pool & restaurant construction with no prior notification.

"Our time at Waya Island was truly one of the best experiences of our lives! The resort is gorgeous and the entire staff is top notch. The room is comfortable, spacious and clean. The pool area is relaxing and beautiful. We loved the snorkeling, both swim out and a chartered boat trip. Incredible coral and sea life! The deciding factor in choosing this resort was the food reviews and they were spot on. Every meal simply blew us away. Imagine living right next to the best restaurant you’ve ever been! Delicious food beautifully prepared and impeccable service. It was heaven! We were genuinely sad to leave and are already planning a trip back."

"Great hotel absolutely met our expectations. We were a big family from Cyprus (12 people), the rooms were great as described, the staff very helpful and kind always ready to help you with a smile! Great breakfast and facilities for everyone kids and adults. The pool was very big with sunbeds and supervision. Location excellent just 3-4 mins from the sea and near many shops and restaurants! Special thanks to Mrs. Eleni and all the staff there. Very kind and helpful with all our requests! Of course would like to visit again sometime in the future!"

Thr bed is to soft... but one of two nights for my back it's not so bad.

"Majority of the staff here are very nice, welcoming, and helpful. There are a few who were a little rude however the politeness of the others outshine those interactions by far. Special mention to Triston who was very polite, patient, and insightful throughout our entire trip. Jeremiah was also very nice and helped make our trip special with his suggestions and assistance at the beach. There was also a manager whose name started with a T who welcomed us upon arrival and checked on us to ensure everything was to our liking. From the initial interactions, these staff members helped our group of 6 feel like we were regular visitors at the Verandah although this was our first stay. I would defiantly return and highly recommend a stay here. Sidebar: The food is great and well seasoned!"

The property is very large and sometimes there is a long wait to get a buggy to travel. There could be a few more shaded areas throughout the property especially when waiting for transportation.

"Staff are very helpful & friendly. The resort is cozy & the junior suite is wow with a wow view. Ahmed on the pool bar, Khaled the house keeping, Muhammad the main resturant waiter are very helpful & friendly with a nice smile on their faces."

Food was not bad at all, it was good, but not on the level of a 5 stars hotel. Staff followup was a bit too much, I know they’re trying to do their job perfectly, but it was a little much knocking on the door and phone calls.

"I had such a lovely time there. The facilities are first rate and the staff is amazing. Everyone was so nice and so helpful. They put every effort into doing whatever was necessary to make my stay perfect. I was there kind of off season, so the spa was closed, but I wanted services, so they had someone come in for me. I had an amazing massage. The room was gorgeous, the bed was so comfortable, and I loved the shower. Breakfast was quite yummy and they had rooms service for other meals also. The boatman they had for my lake tour really took me all over the lake. The prices were reasonable, so I could relax and just enjoy the lovely place and not stress about anything."

I honestly can't think of anything. It would have been nice if their gift shop had been open, because I'd have like to buy some of the products they have in the bathroom.

주변에 식당이없다보니 골드카드로 갔는데 식사를 그나마 괜찮은건 마젤란이었는데 3박동안 가려니 너무 질리더라구요 사이판pic처럼 좀더 다양한 레스토랑이 있었으면 좋겠어요

"L'hôtel se situe dans un cadre naturel magnifique, l'on peut directement partir à pied de l'hôtel pour aller randonner. L'équipe de l'hôtel est très accueillante et a grandement facilité notre séjour."

"Great location, quiet, comfortable and relaxing, comfortable bed, quiet room, nice amenities including Netflix available on TV. Very friendly and helpful staff, particularly mong. He is very nice and helpful. Good breakfast. Safe area. Big shopping centers at walking distance. Laundry close by. It's about 2.5 km from city center. We enjoyed our stay and consider to stay in future."

"The location is wonderful, the chalet was nestled in the bush, wonderfully quiet and serene. Magnificent views as well as spectacular sunrises and sunsets. The meals were delicious, a full spread for breakfast, and the dinners were delicious."

Only that the hot water seems to run out in the evenings.

The cottage would have been better with a small kitchenette...and please get rid of those coffee machines as they leak water and make terrible coffee.

"Das Zimmer war überraschend groß und modern eingerichtet – man merkt sofort, dass alles neu ist. Besonders schön: die tolle Ausstattung mit Espresso-Maschine und kostenlosem Kaffee. Auch das Bad war sehr geräumig und hochwertig gestaltet. Über die Terrasse mit eigenem Strandkorb hatte man einen wunderbaren Blick Richtung Bodden – perfekt, um abends den Tag ausklingen zu lassen"

Das Zimmer ließ sich trotz der Verdunkelungsmöglichkeiten nur bedingt abdunkeln, da durch die Milchglastür früh Tageslicht hereinkam. Bei der Ankunft war es zudem recht staubig, was etwas den ersten Eindruck trübte. Außerdem war der Kaffeeweißer aufgrund der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit auf der Insel hart geworden.

"Workers are all gentle & generous; always smile on their face . Animation staff is top . Foods are very delicious & u find many varieties; the chef of the kitchen is exceptional. Thanks to Mouna & Thekra in the reception; they are very helpful."

"Amazing overwater bungalow property on Tikehau. Excellent communication prior to arrival (including concierge bookings of off property activities at competitive rates). Seamless transportation from and to TIK airport (they have a stand at the airport, put you in their vans and get you to their boat). Incredibly friendly staff. Very clean, large bungalow (renovated in last few years) with lovely bathroom, a deck and in floor glass view. Air conditioning was excellent. Drinking water readily available and tastes great. Amazing coral and fish (including sharks) under the bungalow and walkways. Beautiful resort grounds. Very good restaurants and the included breakfast is excellent. Visited in February and while it was hot and a little humid, no significant issues with insects or flies."

The Stowe was not working properly. No Wi-Fi in the rooms. Everything is frozen at the restaurants or almost everything: pizza, fish.

"Perfectly situated by the beach with an amazing pool. We had a great time at the LUX. Everyone we met was very nice and friendly. We enjoyed our room with a great view on a gazebo and the ocean in the background. The food was excellent across the massive breakfast buffet and different restaurants for dinner. Special mention for the Carry’s bar (especially canard à la vanille and Rougail saucisse) as well as the Rougail citron dessert."

Hard to find something to mention. To be picky, we would have like a drink included in the half board dinner (soft, glass of wine).

The rooms were a little tired and they did not have any plates or cutlery in the villas.

I didn't like the fact that until we got there, then utility and 10% other charges were added to the cost. Until now, i haven't figured out what exactly were considered other charges since I was charged the same thing every time I ordered at the bar and asked that it be sent to my room.

"The property itself is impeccable ,beautiful, well maintained, and truly inviting. I have absolutely nothing to complain about regarding the facilities. The food was good, with lighter flavors and not heavily seasoned, which I personally appreciated. The pork chops were definitely the highlight of my dining experience absolutely delicious."

Some of the reception staff, including one male receptionist, were not as friendly as one would expect in a hospitality setting. However, there was one receptionist who was exceptionally warm and welcoming..unfortunately, I didn’t get her name, but she truly made a difference in my experience. At the restaurant, one of the female attendants who assisted me every evening was also very kind and professional. On the downside, I felt uncomfortable at times because a few staff members repeatedly asked why I was alone. I found this persistent questioning unnecessary and somewhat intrusive.
