The ski slopes of Ordino-Arcalis are around 20 minutes' drive away while the elevators to the resort of Pal are 2.5 mi away. There is as well a bus eexceptionally 15 minutes to Andorra la Vella.

"Honestly, the property was nicer than expected. Had multiple things to do including putt-putt! The lounge area was very relaxing and spacious. The room was clean, and the staff was very helpful and sweet."
"It wasn't super close to the main shopping areas in downtown and didn't have hardly any restaurant options that were open and near it besides what was on site."

"You need to climb several stairs to get into the hotel, no ramp. Due to a medical issue I can't lift luggage, so I choose hotels with elevators. When I arrived it was raining, and I had to leave my luggage outside in the rain. Front desk staff was unable to help me, and my luggage sat out in the rain until another guest offered to assist me. On the other hand, when I checked out the woman at the front desk carried my bags to the van for me. Room was very stuffy. The only solution was to open the door to the balcony, which was fine except for neighbors smoking on their balcony and the smoke blowing into my room. This happened at least half the time. A fan or other air circulation system would be nice."

"The hotel has nice mountain vibes, the served dinner really was excellent, the common areas are cute. If you are looking for a calm hotel in the mountains, you will enjoy it here. The rooms were clean, make sure to ask for a balcony."
"Unfortunately, the day we arrived, the city music festival was starting and they played extra loud music until 5 in the morning. We didn't sleep at all that night, my mom had to make her bed on the bathroom floor to be away from the noise. It's too bad the hotel didn't have any info about this on their website - we left the hotel after the first night and cancelled the 3 remaining ones. Saturday there was a huge wedding - careful, it looks like it will be like this every Saturday during summer, potential noise as well."
