"The air conditioning could have been a little better and the noise from the street was a bit bothersome, but it was expected given the central location. One of the two elevators could barely hold two (admittedly large) human beings."
"From the moment we were greeted by Maria at the front desk we knew we had picked a super hotel. Maria was friendly, helpful and provided exceptional detail in everything she explained - we even were provided a room upgrade!! Mario and Sara in the restaurant were amazing, friendly and professional. We opted for the breakfast and dinner options daily and were we glad we did, the food was excellent. Our room 506 was quiet and comfortable, The beds and pillows were wonderful and so cozy as well. We paid for parking (€18/nt) and that was worth every penny as there is no street parking. It’s good to note you can drive on the pedestrian walkway to get to the hotel, check in and then with the parking pass the hotel gives you, go and park your car, we didn’t know this ahead of time and it wasn’t very convenient."
"The fact there is construction and Google maps didn’t know how to get us to the hotel, we drove around and around several times before a kind man helped us and told us about the walking street and that we could access it in our car - staff should let guests know this to save the stress."

"Friendly staff. Ski shuttle to Soldeu and back. Comfortable beds. White clean fluffy towels. Various breakfast, but the desert in the evening was better than the morning coockies... they don't follow general diet rules and it's hard to skip eating a good desert during the dinner...."
