"The apartment style hotel makes it cozy for staying and having space to cook in the kitchen and relax in the living room. The staff is friendly and tries to accomedate as much as they can. It's very close to shopping centers and local restuarnt making it easy to explore during your stay."

"On intial check-in, they did not provide the room we requested. We booked a 2 bedroom suite with a king bed in each room and they gave us 1 king and 2 twins. They tried to fix this but ended up giving us 2 rooms that were conjoined. The valet was convient but there's no designated parking for them so they just park the car wherever they can find space. This became an issue because i left a bag in the car that i needed and the valet was trying to not get the car because they parked it far away."

"The hotel was excellent. Location was great. employees were excellent. Room and ‎bathroom were clean. Kitchen had big fridge, microwave, kettle, stove top (I did not use ‎so I cannot describe more about it), iron, iron board, washing machine, laundry dryer, ‎and basic utensils, two cups, two mugs, two bowls, two small plates, and two big plates. ‎The room was nice with a safe box and hangers and writing desk. TV room was nice ‎with a three seater and a single chair. TV was ok but needs more channels. Most ‎employees were friendly and professional. The ones who fixed items in the room are: ‎the manager of the house keeping, Mr. Mohamed, was polite and supportive, the ‎engineer who fixed the washing machine, Eng. Wakkas, was professional, polite, and ‎efficient. The engineer who fixed the scale and the safe box was professional and very ‎friendly (I cannot remember his name). The house keeping staff, like Mr. Rakib, were ‎polite and working hard.‎"

"Some employees on the reception desk were too serious with dryness instead of ‎smiling and showing an optimistic attitude that are needed in tourism business... even ‎faking a smile could be better than dryness. The shelves and cabinets in the kitchen ‎need replacement as they are torn and too old. One more thing I did not like...I heard ‎some employees other than those on the reception desk talking and exchanging ‎information about some customers like names and nationality etc...I did not like that because ‎customer's names, nationality, personal information, and copies of their documents like passport and IDs) should be kept ‎confidential and only those on the registration desk should look at.‎"

"staff on the front desk seem stressed and overworked. brown color seems dominating the hotel which is depressing. no clear info was given about the ability of customer to use the gym, restaurant, etc. The guy who cleaned my room did not change the towels. I understand that I am clean and my towels were hanged properly, but they both were wet and should have been changed in the second day of my stay."

"Spacious and clean apartment, very comfortable bed and sofa, apartment is big with all basic needs available with good sized kitchen as well. Surrounding is good with markets, restaurants, mosques and waterfront is nearby."
