"The Hostess ,Kim, was fantastic ...she went above and beyond with recommendations to nearby restaurants, to providing transportation. A member of my party had some ambulatory issues and she switched our room without being asked. Although we only spent a night at Poinciana, it is the sort of accomodation that lends itself to longer stays with a full kitchen and comfortable space ."
