"Good sized rooms, with separate bedroom. Well equipped kitchen. Very close to shops and bus stop. Short walk to beaches. Large balcony with city and mountain views. Quiet area. Washing machine available downstairs. Can recommend fish dinner cooked by host's father."

"Oliver Studios was great from begining to the end😍. The owners were very approachable and kind. The room was good and clean. The location is close to the beach. Oftens i walked to the beach so i didnt use the car. One of the things i liked the most is the fish grill. You can buy fish for reasonable price and coock it there to the house. I ate grilled fish prepared by the owner 2 times and was super delicious. The house have free praking also and that is wonferful for people who like to explore other beaches and beautiful places. If i had to put a mark for the price i would say 11 out of 10. Great place."

"Excellent people. Villa was spotted in the middle of Ksamil. From there you can access centre of Ksamil beaches around just walking, car is not necessary."

"Great location for getting in touch with a bit of local life and out of the tourist area. In middle of fruit and vegetable garden. We made great salad from the vegetables. There was a nice family restaurant down the road. Recommended and also the private beach by the hotel was the cleanest beach we visited in Albania."
"Lovely welcome from the hosts with offers of coffee and raki! Comfortable room for the night with all that we needed. Had the fish that was on offer in the evening which was yummy. Able to walk down to the boardwalk and monastery. Recommend this place if you are looking for a quiet getaway."
