"Henri and his parents were so great. It is a family business steps from the clock tower in the old city. Immaculately clean. They are kind and helpful. It is away from the noisy beach scene and there is a fun, local neighborhood alley market with everything from fresh produce to clothes and tools. Here you see more locals than tourists. Nearby there is a tourist hub in old city full of fun bars and al fresco dining. Nearby is a long pedestrian shopping promenade to the beach. (30 minutes walk) Or you can take a bus. Once at the beach you can walk for miles along the beach with its restaurants/bars/hotels"

"This property is new. Yea! A neighbor helped me find it because there is no name nor address at the door. Perhaps that will be forthcoming. I arrived on foot and it was not a huge deal to find the back, narrow street. Might be difficult if you were driving a car"

"Believe the family is new to running the guest house. They did not understand the bus schedules which often people who do not speak the language rely on them to do. I was put on a slow bus when I asked for a fast bus and I missed my ferry. It cost me up to $200 because of this mistake. I was very emphatic that I needed a fast bus and would’ve gone earlier if they hadn’t acted as though they knew what was going on. They did not. it is an important service to travelers to have their guest house owners know these most basic things like bus timetables or at least help the traveler find out the information."
