"The property owners were really friendly. They wrote to us the day before we got there, gave us clear directions and were ready to help if we needed it. The location of the apartment is really convenient and we also loved the fact that the parking is included. Ksamil can get very busy in the summer and finding parking is not easy, so knowing we could just leave the car when we we went to the beach was perfect. The apartment is only a few meters away from the beach on foot, and there are plenty of restaurants in the surroundings, including 2 bakeries where you can have meals and breakfast. The room was also very comfortable, had a kitchenette, air conditioning (super important for the summer heat) and a small balcony where we ate our breakfasts in the morning. Really lovely, and would for sure recommend it."

"Shout out to one of the best places I have ever stayed at! My husband and I had an amazing time in Ksamil, the Vila is very clean, great location with 3 minutes walking distance. A huge thank you to the lady of the house for being such welcoming and helpful with suggesting places that we could visit. Very friendly staff. "I had a good, relaxing time at Vila Balani. The apartment is modern and has all basic amenities. The family was very helpful and considerate. I got clean towels almost daily. They cleaned bathroom and put clean bedsheets regularly. There’s a Big Market just across the street, and the main beach is 10 mins away by walk. The wifi worked well."

"We were greeted by a lady that works there, she answered all the questions we had and handed in our keys, showed us to the room, and asked us to get in touch with her if we needed anything. She was so ever friendly, and helped us with our stuff to our room."
"Room was nice and clean throughout, bathroom was really nice too. Beds were very comfortable and smoked freshly clean. Balcony was perfect for a smoker like my husband."
"I had a fantastic experience at this villa. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-appointed with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The beds was incredibly comfortable, and always clean. The stuff were friendly and professional, specifically the lady an amazing person who made sure we always well and happy, we went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The location is also a huge plus — close to the beach, close to restaurants, shops etc. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!"

"Great location for getting in touch with a bit of local life and out of the tourist area. In middle of fruit and vegetable garden. We made great salad from the vegetables. There was a nice family restaurant down the road. Recommended and also the private beach by the hotel was the cleanest beach we visited in Albania."
"Lovely welcome from the hosts with offers of coffee and raki! Comfortable room for the night with all that we needed. Had the fish that was on offer in the evening which was yummy. Able to walk down to the boardwalk and monastery. Recommend this place if you are looking for a quiet getaway."
