"The apartment is perfect for family. It is very well equiped including two air conditioners, each in separate room, the two tv sets and the wifi access point that provides excellent internet connection. The land-master doesn't speak english, however somehow we successfully understood each other. Also, there is possibility to efficiently communicate with the Villa support person via the Booking system. The facility is located at the ideal distance from the downtown (where the crowd is almost constant), so there are no disturbing city noise and you can enjoy at the bar located at the roof if the Villa."

"The woman who was there was very friendly. The view from the balcony and the window was beautiful and definitely worth the price. I would also recommend taking a car to the beach, if you have one, as walking in the heat can be quite exhausting. However, in the evening, restaurants and the center of Ksamil are very close by, and the area is absolutely peaceful."
"One thing I would like to suggest is that the kitchen could be cleaned a bit more thoroughly. Although we had brought some of our own kitchen items because of our little daughter and needed to prepare breakfast, everything else was just fine."

"Really comfortable, it was clean and the location was great. Staff was really helpful. They brought us more towels when asked, and we had our own parking spot next to the house."

"Great location for getting in touch with a bit of local life and out of the tourist area. In middle of fruit and vegetable garden. We made great salad from the vegetables. There was a nice family restaurant down the road. Recommended and also the private beach by the hotel was the cleanest beach we visited in Albania."
"Lovely welcome from the hosts with offers of coffee and raki! Comfortable room for the night with all that we needed. Had the fish that was on offer in the evening which was yummy. Able to walk down to the boardwalk and monastery. Recommend this place if you are looking for a quiet getaway."
