"Very spacious and clean villa, very close to the center of Berat. Host is easily contacted through WhatsApp, and very helpful. Apartment is fully equiped. Parking is possible in the street, 30m away from the apartment. One tip: don't follow Google Maps once in the city, as it will guide you to some cobblestone hilly alleys that you can't drive through. Better take the detour... Restaurants and supermarkets are close by."

"Grigor's villa is a very good choice if you are a group of friends or family who want to stay close to the city center and enjoy the commodity of a house. They have everything inside. There are 2 main bedrooms and each bedroom has a toilet which is very nice. Highly recommend this property for your stay."

"-location in the old town/center -furniture and design of the apartment -helpful owner -everything needed for cooking and enjoy a family vacation : 3 TVs (not needed but worth mentioning), 3 bathrooms, terrace/small garden, and more. If we come to Berat again, we will definitely stay there !"

"Great location for getting in touch with a bit of local life and out of the tourist area. In middle of fruit and vegetable garden. We made great salad from the vegetables. There was a nice family restaurant down the road. Recommended and also the private beach by the hotel was the cleanest beach we visited in Albania."
"Lovely welcome from the hosts with offers of coffee and raki! Comfortable room for the night with all that we needed. Had the fish that was on offer in the evening which was yummy. Able to walk down to the boardwalk and monastery. Recommend this place if you are looking for a quiet getaway."
