"Our hosts could not have been nicer nor more concerned about our comfort. Our room was huge and the bed was warm and comfy. The shared bath room down the hall off the terrace was immaculate and the water hot. Breakfast was served in the family kitchen which was very homey. The views were spectacular!"

"Ruzan was very sweet and makes a great breakfast for what she charges. There are chickens in the yard, which reminded me of my childhood --it's not just her, every yard has chickens. She speaks very little English, but she speaks Armenian, Russian, and French, so we were able to communicate well enough."

"This is not a negative about Ruzan's place, but there seem to be a lot of places listing as B&Bs in this town, and I can't imagine there are ever enough visitors to fill them. It's not really a hot destination. So if you're looking to chat with other travelers, good luck. Ruzan's place is set up well for if there were more people: there's a common area, a balcony, and a garden."

"Wow! This is a really wonderful place to stay in Yeghegnadzor. Ruzan is an amazing host who goes out of her way to make guests feel comfortable & at home. Ruzan helped us in so many ways & we had a really fantastic time in Yeghegnadzor. The accommodation is perfect- our room was really spacious with lovely outside communal terraces where you can meet other guests for great conversation. The bathroom is shared but this was not a problem - the shower is hot & good pressure. The centre is a 15 minute flat walk & there are a couple of supermarkets much closer for the essentials (beer, cheese,bread!) Ruzan assisted us with many questions & queries & helped with our onward journey. We would definitely recommend Ruzan's if you are in Yeghegnadzor."

"By arrival the host welcomed us very kindly and warmly. The place has an absolute lovely balcony looking out over the green garden. The balcony and the living room are fantastic places to get some work done. The host provided us a private parking place for our motorcycles, which is a very important feature for us. Since we were the only ones staying there during our first night I think they upgraded us to another room for the same price. We decided to stay an extra night because the place just felt very good to us. Compliments to the whole family that made us feel very welcome to stay."
