"I liked every single thing about this place starting from intitial conversation with the super nice host Natasha, ending with authenthic details in every corner of the house. Our accomodation was very spacious (we've booked for 3 ppl) consisting from 2 rooms and a large bathroom. Beds were comfortable, room itself has everything one may need during a stay. Guset house has a garden where you can enjoy sounds of Dilijan nature and sunny common places where you can enjoy your drinks, read or talk. Plus to wonderful breakfast (included in price) we were even served delicious armenian coffee with cake."

"The only minus of this wonderful guesthouse is the road leading to it which can be quite dangerous to cross as there are no road signs and crosswalks (which I guess is an issue to be solved by Municipality)."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel — everything was clean, comfortable, and well-organized. Breakfast beautifully organized and delicious. Open kitchen at any time of the day and helping caring stuff."

"The only downside was that the rooms didn’t have private balconies. Instead, the balcony/terrace was shared with other guests on the same floor, which made it difficult to socialize with our friends and enjoy a relaxed evening after dinner without worrying about disturbing others. I think this setup could work well for big families or groups who book the whole floor, but for individual travelers or smaller groups it feels less private and a bit inconvenient. Having private balconies would make the stay much more comfortable and enjoyable. Yeah. and one more thing to note is that parking is very limited — only about two cars can fit — so make sure to arrive early if you’re traveling by car"

"It is such a beautiful small-size hotel!! Every space is wonderfully designed and feels very comfortable. The sunroom sitting area is just lovely-a great place to curl up with a book and relax. The breakfast was great!"

"Very warm welcome. Due to the rain we arrived earlier, but that was not a problem. We could check in. And we've got excellent Armenian coffee and some sweets. The room was big enough, the bath room was very nice and all super clean. The breakfast was awesome with wide selection of options. And it was prepared at the time we selected (8:00AM)."

"We initially booked this property as an anniversary surprise for my parents. The property owners were extremely nice to leave a note and flowers for my parents. The design of the property is amazing, every little detail. But most of all my parents appreciated the interaction with property managers/owners who were absolutely amazing and extremely helpful. My parents are saying thank you for everything."

"Right on a highway, though you don’t hear it. There is a grown over trail connecting to the center, would be nice to clean that up and tell guests about it."

"The only downside were the squirrels in the roof which apparently come during fall, i tried using squirrel repellent sounds, everything from the ones i found online to the sounds of their predators but they all failed."
