"The room was really impressive and exquisitely designed, such an attitude is very rare, I think. The staff is friendly, it's nice to be their guests and drink coffee with them. The three dogs we met in the yard are so lovely, and the admin helped my dog to feel comfortable. The Akhtala city may be underrated and not so popular, but it is really worth a visit - there's a great middle age church there, with interesting murals, and the nature around is astonishing. Cypress guesthouse is an ideal option to stay here comfortably. We'll definitely visit this welcoming place again."

"Excellent position, about 15 minutes on foot from republic square, restaurants very near, cascade 20 minutes away on foot. Armenia is a very helpful, kind and smiling owner. The room is like a homestay, that means the bathroom is opposite room and a shared kitchen is outside too. But room is spacious, very clean, it has anything you may need photosas in booking. . Value for money."

"Прекрасное место, расположение дома как будто вернуло в уютное детство, к бабушке в деревню ☺️ территория очень ухоженная, красивые, цветущие деревья в саду, пение птиц, со всех сторон открываются красивые виды на горы.🏔️ Сам дом оставил на наилучшие впечатления! Очень чисто, большое внимание уделено деталям, невероятно мягкое постельное белье и подушки с одеялами, из которых просто не хочется вылазить по утрам. В доме есть все необходимое и даже больше)) По соседству можно купить свежие молочные продукты у семьи фермеров. В общем, мы остались в полном восторге от нашей поездки в это замечательное место. Спасибо большое Лусине и Нуне, все подсказали, помогали организовать такси и все что было необходимо. Будем возвращаться сюда и рекомендовать с большим удовольствием ❤️"

From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was simply perfect. The hospitality was outstanding and made our trip even more memorable. "The house was very comfortable, and Liana, the host, was very helpful and trusting: my boyfriend and I went there in the winter, she had made sure the house is fully warm and comfortable for the cold. The house has a very cozy interior, making you feel right at home, and has all required amenities - the bathroom and shower was clean and very usable, the kitchen had everything that we wanted during our stay, there's even a laundry machine. It's also in a quiet space - even though it was looking towards the building's yard, there wasn't much noise to be a problem. If planning to book, only take into account that the house is around a 10-minute drive away from the main "touristy" things to do in Jermuk - although though taxi is very cheap and if you're traveling by car, it's all very accessible. And this house's price and its value for money justifies staying further away from the "main" section. Definitely recommended!"
