"Lack of signage and the road I kind of got lost and no reception or welcoming at the entrance they were expecting me, but nobody helped me with my luggage or anything."

"This is a great place for those who want privacy and not just privacy, but synchronization with nature. When I saw the picture on instagram, I thought it was a piece of Paradise and it can't be like that, but when I bought tickets and arrived, I didn't want to close my eyes even at night not to miss the moment of enjoying the views. Top notch. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. All requests were responded to instantly. Breakfasts are delicious, dinners too. I vacationed with my family in house number 4. Everything was clean and everything worked. There are hiking trails and a waterfall nearby. I advise you to visit. You will not regret it."

"From the first seconds we felt the most friendly and welcoming atmosphere in the hotel. We arrived early but the room was already ready. Mariam was great at every aspect, helping at every step(even organized the delivery of an allergy medicine for us from the City). Our room was gorgeous,clean,freshly renovated and very comfortable. As a bonus we got pictures done by drone, the owner of the place was kind enough to film the videos. We are very very happy with the hotel and employees and will visit again!!"

"It is a LUXURY chalet-hotel-apartment situated on mountains where you can get "Lost in Sky" and feel like you are in heaven. Now about my experience: first of all personal approach to each guest by meeting and greeting at the gates of hotel territory. The checkin process was so smooth. The room had all necessary amneties plus alcoholic beverages. We were 3 adults and were offered a chalet with 2 bedrooms but we wanted the chalet which had the famous bedroom with glass walls and when we requested those rooms, the beautiful welcoming front desk staff Mariam said that we need to pay extra. However the manager Mr. Narek was kind enough to waive off the extra payment. Later when they found out that my birthday is next day, at midnight other front desk girl Edita and another girl came with a big Rafaello cake with lit candles to wish me happy birthday. I was so overwhelmed with such gesture. They make my day."

"I cant mention anything that I didnt like. There was another hotel in the process of construction nearby with a plane and chalets. They said it will be ready in 2months and I cant wait to experience the amneties inside the plane."
