"Второй раз остановились в этой квартире, потому что в первый раз нам очень понравилось. Всё под боком - метро, остановка автобуса, два рынка, сетевой магазин, пекарня. В квартире есть всё необходимое для удобного отдыха, приготовления еды."

"Великолепное расположение в нескольких шагах от метро. Всё рядом - магазины, рынок, остановка транспорта. Очень удачная планировка квартиры, в которой есть всё необходимое для проживания."

"Расположение отличное, рядом с конечной станцией метро. Квартира большая, практически 3 комнаты. Подходит для семьи с детьми. 3 - 4 человека размещаются свободно. Есть кухня, холодильник, посуда, WiFi, кондиционер."

"Ремонт не самый свежий, санузел небольшой. Слив в душе немного плохо работает. Окно в спальне выходит на улицу, в детской - во двор"

"Great location for visiting Dashtadem Fortress, Talin Monastery Complex, Talin Caravanserai and Kistapor Church. Also, in close proximity to a supermarket. I stayed in an apartment with 2 single beds, a kitchen area (with kettle, sink, cutlery and refrigerator (no stove)) and private bathroom. There was access to 2 balconies, with views of Mount Arteni in the distance (great sunset). Heating was provided, but it wasn't required when I stayed. Great host. Very friendly, provided me with a brief and locations of the areas attractions There was a safe, covered outdoor area for me to store my bicycle, which is covered by CCTV. I would happily stay here again."

"The best guesthouse I stayed in Armenia! The hosts are the kindest and nicest people you'll ever meet. They treated me like a daughter, always inviting me for a cup of coffee and fruit. The guesthouse is in a very quiet neighborhood, so I got the best sleep. It is so close to the main street as well, 4-5 mins walk. The bed was comfy and the room was spacious.
