"This was the best place in Armenia, we were met by a hotel employee and opened the gate for us, we drove in and parked on the hotel grounds, we were met by another hotel employee with an umbrella, it was raining, when we went inside, they brought us champagne, it was nice)) the hotel grounds are very clean and cozy, there is an indoor pool, all the employees are very polite and helpful, the service is top notch, the room is comfortable, clean and with a beautiful view of the mountains, the food in the restaurant was excellent, we have never eaten so delicious in Armenia, the chef Karen is very cool), the restaurant staff are very attentive and nice guys) it was very cool, we will definitely come back to you again, thank you for the good mood)"

"The reception was wonderful, staff very polite and friendly and supportive. The room was comfortable and had terrific views to the gorge and mountains, the bed mattress was a bit stiff (not medium firm but firm in my comparative experience). They provided an extra bed for the kid which is highly appreciated."

"Never in my life had I been kept waiting at check out, in no hotel in the world did reception keep me waiting "until" they check the room. This was a real disappointment. The building perimeter should be safeguarded properly so guests and their kids do not fall from high elevations (the building lacked proper railing to secure against falling). The bidet water was cold. The bedside table edges are rough and could cut, those need some smoothing."

"We had an amazing time in this beautiful hotel. The location was inside the mountains and the river. Our room had a breathtaking view and everything was so clean and beautiful organized. The restaurant had delicious dishes with a traditional taste of Armenia just like our breakfast."

"Das Personal ist durchgängig höflich und nett. Teilweise aber noch etwas unwissend. So gab es keine Weinkarte und ich habe die Weine am Kühlschrank ausgesucht. Oder als wir ein lokales Bier bestellt hatten kam ein Deutsches. Von daher kleine Abzüge 😀."
