"An exceptionally friendly family hosts these accommodations, offering both convenience and warmth. The location is ideal, close to stores, numerous cafes, and restaurants. The nearby park is expansive, and paid parking is available. The room is well-equipped with a washing machine, iron, microwave, refrigerator, and TV—all in excellent working order. The space is quiet, with high ceilings and perfectly spacious for those who value comfort. The price is very reasonable for such a quality room. My check-in was smoothly arranged in advance, which added to the positive experience. Highly recommend this place for those who can afford it—it's worth every penny!"

"Very reliable - we arrived around 3 am and we were met promptly. Make sure you have access to WA for communication. Clean room. Perfect for a couple (then you would have a nice seating area to use) but worked well for family of thee as well. Good location. Try SET for breakfast."

"Great place for short stay. The furniture and everything looks new and neat. Room was clean too. The great advantage is that the place was really quiet."

"The bed consists of two beds, so it was little bit inconvinient. Also I found problematic opening the window - sometimes there was a smell of cooking food from the nearby restaurant"

"Proprietari gentilissimi e simpatici, posizione centralissima e molto comoda vicino al parco centrale di Tbilisi. Stanza grande e pulita, letto comodo. E' stato un buon soggiorno."

"Dotazioni abbastanza spartane: mancava caffè, acqua, abbiamo dovuto chiedere dove prenderci la carta igienica... niente di "obbligatorio" ma è gradito, soprattutto se ci sono bollitore e tazze. La finestra non chiudeva bene e c'era molto vento freddo che entrava nella stanza, ed essendo riscaldata con un condizionatore non era sufficiente. Quest'ultima cosa vale solo per noi comunque, era un periodo particolarmente freddo a yerevan (-17!) e la finestra confido sarà riparata. Alla fine, a parte queste due cose, ci tornerei."
