"▶The owner's family is very kind. They always asked us if everything was ok. ▶The room and the bathroom are clean. It's good there is a heater even in the bathroom. ▶The kitchen is located separately from the room but it's almost private. ▶The location is good. 20 - 25 mins to St. All Saviors on foot or you can take Marshrutka. ▶The doggy is super cute 😍"

"Gemma and Artur are amazing hosts, kind and very helpful, they provided recommendations on restaurants and places to see in the town :) we were three people and they added one more bed to the room. We could park our motorcycles in the gated parking. Location is great! Absolutely recommended!"

"The owner's family was very warm and welcoming, the room was kept very clean and had a private bathroom. The location was also good, with supermarket and some affordable restaurants near there. 20 minutes to walk from Vardanats square."

"I liked the private room that allowed me to come and go. The host & hostess invited me for coffee and a chat. Location is excellent. Walking distance to the center city square, food stores, cafés, amusement, local made craft stores, etc. There is so much to see and explore. I didn't go to the old part of Gyumri, but you can book a walking tour for this."
"Well .... I was there in the winter (December 22) and the weather was cold. So naturally the room was cold. I had enough blankets and they provided two heaters."
