"Eduard is very friendly and forthcomming. The location is also pretty nice. It takes about 10-15 minutes to get to the city center by bus and about 40 on foot. It's quiet and cozy. They put a lot of care and details into the small garden in the forefront. Great value!"

"The landlord is very nice. They also have a small bar and restaurant. On the first day of the New Year, we were invited to have a glass of wine. It was very strong, but it was paired with apple slices. It was a novel experience. Unfortunately, my friend had hypoglycemia after drinking and fainted in a nearby supermarket. They are preparing a photo wall. I hope that next time I have the opportunity to come to this city, I can stay here and take a look at the finished product."
