I stayed there with my wife, and our room turned out to be a spacious suite with a large bedroom and a separate living area, even suitable for an extra guest to sleep on the sofa. The room was spotless, with clean sheets and fresh towels. Breakfast was good and satisfying."

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast they served was delicious. The room itself was comfortable and, most importantly, very quiet — We had no disturbances during the night and was able to sleep peacefully. Overall, a great choice for anyone visiting the city!"

"The only area for improvement would be the bathroom. The toilet flush wasn't very strong, and there was occasionally an unpleasant smell from the drain. It would also be great if they could add a bidet, as many hotels in Yerevan have started to upgrade to include this feature. Despite that, I had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again."

"The property is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, just off a main street. Less than 600 metres walking distance to the main Republic Square, restaurants, bars, etc. The reception staff are helpful, in more ways than one. An English-speaking receptionist lady even thoughtfully provided a dry breakfast for the day when I was taking an early morning tour trip out of Yerevan City."
