We were locked out when we first arrived as our code had been changed but we hadn't been updated.

"I've stayed at this place for over 20 years and it has always been reliable. It is clean, quiet, and safe. This is not luxury of course and the furniture might be from a few generations ago but it is practical and very very clean. There is a small kitchen to allow you to make coffee and other small dishes. For the price it is an excellent choice and the location is superb."

It would be nice if it would be able to heat the room a little bit more. Traditional places in Lima tend to not bother much with heating or air conditioning because the temperature usually stays the same at around the 60s

"A large room for Hong Kong, with a beautiful view. The bed was comfy and the living room area was large enough to relax and work. The bathroom was spacious and very nice as was the shower. The only thing missing was the cook top and a microwave would have been nice. There is a fridge and electric kettle"

"The location was excellent - a few minutes' walk to a very nice, sandy beach that was great for kids (shallow, sandy, calm). There was a restaurant (adjacent property) on the beach, the food was so-so, but it was a great location. The unit was clean, reasonably stocked with what we needed, beds were comfortable. Three bathrooms, two showers. We used the outdoor patio for several meals. The hose by the door to clean our feet. Several nice restaurants a short drive away (Italian was good). Parking was easy. We did a boat/snorkel outing one morning (Nemoz, Ben and Tony were great) and they picked us up right on the dock at the beach. The snorkeling was quite nice. Kayak and other rentals right at the beach."

Only air conditioned in two of the bedrooms. The loft area was blazing hot and there are no windows in the loft that can be opened to create some ventilation (e.g., at night with the provided fan). A portable AC unit or something is needed to cool off this space. The roof leaked, but this was a minor issue. There were no coffee pods or dishwasher pods in the unit, we had to go buy some from the front desk. We checked in slightly after 5pm (lock box), so when we got up in the morning - no coffee! The front desk did not open until 8am? Seriously, we paid a fair amount for the rental and it's ridiculous that 4 or 6 coffee pods (3 bedroom unit) could not have been provided to start with - buy more as needed. Same for the dishwasher (provide one or two pods).

"Location was great. Room size was great. In service laundry was great. Everything was good that was needed to have a comfortable stay. The kitchen was good and the staff was wonderful. The security always greeted me and it was nice."

The rooms are outdated and sometimes have little critters. The neighborhood at night is not child friendly with so many escorts around. The water in the bathroom is brown probably due to old pipes but unable to take a bath due to it being brown. The fridge stop working at one point but somehow fixed it. There are no electrical outlets near the desk at the windows unless it’s behind the tv.

"Quiet, right in the middle of nature. Rooms are really nice and the people working there are great. There's a place to walk around, super peaceful. If you are into local gastronomy you are a few minutes away from many local pupusas spots in Los Planes de Renderos. Can’t beat that."

This place is very colonial, don’t expect elevators!

"Great location with basically private access to the water not even 2 meters from the door. View from our bungalow was exceptional. Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Would gladly stay again."

For a holiday a more flexible work schedule - this would not apply. The apartment itself, including Wi fi and all the facilities were excellent and well maintained."

I kinda don’t like that the place is very hidden I wish is was more out in the open so more people are able to find this amazing place

"I have stayed at a few hotels across Fiji. The "🎼Hotel Capricornia🎵" has thus far been the best value by a long shot. The range, allowing for in-room cooking, really helps to save on eating out all the time. The room was clean, and staff was great - they were always seen cleaning somewhere on the property. Walking distance to anywhere downtown keep you from blowing cab fares to boot. Would easily stay here again."

The pool was a bit murky, and there was construction noise during the day from a massive new build going up nearby, (which will mess with some of the view.)
