Apartments in Denmark

"That the owner responded to my phone call to let me know that the studio is not up for rent yet. By doing so, she saved me a trip to Bequia without à place to stay."

That Booking.com is proposing a property which is not available before April 2026. By doing so, I could have ended up on the island of Bequia on a Sunday night with nowhere to sleep.

"Everything about the apartment was excellent. Very clean and everything you need for your stay. We were picked from the airport and delivered right to the door, about a 1 minute drive. It's very close to the main street."

The only thing that wasn't there, and this had nothing to do wth the owner/manager of the property, was the TV didn't have closed captions, except for the ABC. The manager came to look at this but there was nothing he could do about it. They are going to check with whatever authority is responsible for broadcasting closed captions.

The only downside was that taxi’s had trouble finding the location because it’s hard to see the palm view sign at night. So a lot of times drivers would drive past.

"Shanti and her family are possibly the kindest, sweeting hosts I have ever met. They cared so much, always pleasant and surprising us with a fresh coconut or a little Sri Lankan dessert treat. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and Shanti and family always eager to clean it for our benefit. The hot shower was wonderful, and the little balcony for morning meditation. With a moto (cheap), everything was easily accessible - beaches in five minutes, Grocery stores and plenty of restaurants. The place felt 100% safe, with a locking gate at night. Overall a wonderful experience. Thank you!"

There is a hotel down the street that plays music all night on Sundays. It was not our wonderful hosts' fault, but still annoying.

"Property was ideally located for our purposes as we had to access the center of town daily which was about a 10min drive away. The decor was simple and nice providing a lot of space."

Size of the beds were not ideal for our purposes. There road accessing the property is a bit bumpy but this is only about a 2 min drive from the main street.

"The room is nice and clean. (Four bedrooms with kitchen and living areas). The staffs are friendly and have service minded."

- Has only one hair dryer in one room (master room) - It’s a limited and not very varied breakfast.

Had a little trouble finding it, on the address pin provided and booking.com. Need to specify house number. Once found just to relay to e-hailing then 👍👍

The staircase gaurd in the townhouse was made of glass that didn't feel secure.

"I absolutely LOVED my stay at Mondarco, Camilla was the best host ever and was so helpful! I felt very welcomed there since the very start. I recommend staying there with no hesitation :)"

the bed was kind of uncomfortable, I don't think there was heat as I was cold. The tv was a little small.

no signboard outside the building to locate it; 2ndly only 2 pillows were there on a large double bed, so I will suggest to add 2 more to it.

"The apartment has everything that we need,like stove and washer. Walkable distance to shops, restaurants and sightseeing areas. Metro is also close by."

Nothing much to complain

"Our family really enjoyed staying at the cabin and looking at the lake across the lake and the mountains."

Would have liked to have instructions on using the washer and dryer. The stovetop sensor kept beeping and needed a fuse reset. Parking was bit challenging on the steep lawn which needed to be mowed.

"Close 5 min drive to beautiful beach and a nice restaurant. Nice drive from main road and calm area. Large rooms and good setup"

No good option to walk to beach as main road is busy and no bike lane. Small windows don’t let one feel/see the nice area/surrounding.

"The accommodation was in the flat, which was on the first Floor. It was a private room with AC and TV. You could cook in the kitchen. McDonald's was a one-minute walk away. The public beach is 5 minutes by car. Qidfa beach. The beach is very clean. The landlord is a very friendly and nice person. The flat had no small kids, and it was very calm. Close to Fujairah and Khor Fakkan. You would stay here 1 or more nights."

Nothing. You would need a car if you plan to go here.
