"The view was amazing, the host was super friendly and helpful, and the place was very clean. I stayed here for my entire 10-day trip and highly recommend it!"

"It was calm and on the beachfront. Checkin was smooth. Has multiple things to keep kids engaged, Some facilities paid and others free. Location also has small grocery store."

There was problem with Internet connection.

"Clean room with good bed, got wifi from the owner, so had very strong wifi. Right by the sea, where a shipwreck is growing reef."

The studio room actually didn't have a kitchen (only the bigger rooms do), so that was a surprise. Luckily, the owner was able to accommodate us on this and move us to the big room. Also, the location is a bit out of the way, so you will need a car, or get taxis a bunch of times.

"Great location, close to the hotel & spa and all its amenities. Hotel itself is gorgeous and the staff were amazing. Will be back again."

"Hi there was no breakfast. I think a toaster and a kettle would have helped greatly, gas use to go out at 11pm, so no cooking could be done in self catering apartment. mirco wave is ok. but like to cook. everything was great near few shops no problems there. The only problem was the host would just go into our rooms when we were not there, which was not right, and would turn off the AC, we left it on so it would be cool when we got back from our outing. Privacy was compermised."

Maybe drapes in the bedrooms as mornings were very bright for those who like to sleep in.

Only issue was the microwave plug in kept tripping and sometimes could not be reset but was not an issue as another plugin was very accessible.

"Location was perfect, in between two resorts for lovely Spa treatments and excellent dining. Hanna was very helpful with our requests, even dropping off a cake tin so I could make a birthday cake. The complimentary treats were a lovely surprise. We will definitely return. Fa'afetai."

"Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The pool area was spotless and very relaxing, perfect for spending a sunny afternoon. Breakfast was fresh, varied, and delicious – a great way to start the day. The view from our room was stunning and made the whole experience even more special. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. Highly recommended – we would definitely return!"

WiFi but I don’t think that was due to the property itself. It was due to the remoteness of property.

Only 1 mobile network is working, wifi was not so good. All in all, 100% holiday!

"The house was very spacious with 4 en-suite bedrooms. The location was great because it was not too far from the attractions in Kigali. It was also very safe because there were security guards 24 hours."

The interior of the house was very bare and there was no attempt to make it homely. Basic necessities like dishwashing soap and sponge was not provided, neither was hand washing soap in the bathrooms. Toilet paper provided was the leftovers from previous guests with no spares. Most of the sinks in the bathrooms did not drain properly. With little enhancement this would be a great accommodation. I still recommend it despite the issues outlined above.

"Spacious apartment with everything that you needed on site. Supply of toilet paper, laundry detergent in facility, close to shops. Parking available underground which was great. TV, hair dryer, kettle, coffee maker. Host responsive to questions, easy to contact."

A bit loud at night (until 11 pm or so) being on the main street. Shower needs a shelf or some type of unit to hold soaps, shampoo, etc. Bedroom lighting very bright. AC unit was not functioning while there but temperature was okay.

"The front office staffs are excellently helpful especially Delia & Hickey. The both are providing the service exceeded my expectations . well done and do train the rest of the team as good as both of them."

spending almost a week holiday in this exclusive hotel with family and 4 young kids, we do not get a complimentary laundry service . not even a day. That really put us off.

The a/c was great but only in the bedrooms. The rest of the space was rather hot and humid.
