"It's just a couple blocks from downtown and a safe easy five minute walk. Everyone staying there was friendly and helpful. Miguel who is the contact was extremely helpful with helping set up a driver for my trip to the falls (both sides-albeit, I wasn't able to get to the Brazil side as I didn't know about the new visa protocol that Brazil implemented in April 2025) as well as back to the airport. It's simple and certainly not high end, but everything you'll need for your stay in Iguazu. Make sure you apply for your visa (it's good for ten years and is only $80.00ish US) a month before you head to the falls if you want to be able to get the panoramic view from Brazil."
