"Balcony and beautiful grounds. Organized and inviting. Very convenient gated parking. Great communications and extra efforts from the staff, great breakfasts and dinners served to our schedule. Close to all the places we wanted to visit. Chose a nice bottle of wine from their wine cellar and enjoyed it in the salon. Service was above and beyond. 10% credit card fee was pretty consistent throughout Argentina - our hosts had good recommendations where to change money (not at banks!)"

"It is a quiet area near places we had to be. It’s not Mendoza city and it’s not near the airport. This was a family gathering so the area was important. It’s like staying at home not in a hotel. It was a lovely experience."

"I missed bed side lamps ( our room had ceiling lights that are not for reading) and a more comfortable closet. A desk would have been nice, too."

"The location was very convenient to our needs, very close to many wineries we wanted to visit. The house is very charming and has an ample and well-maintained garden (unfortunately our visit was during winter, so we couldn't enjoy the swimming pool, but that's a nice feature to have!). Room is very spacious and the staff very friendly."

"Some small details like the quality of the equipment in the bathroom or having more pictures / paintings on the walls would add an extra charm to the property. Heating was a bit too strong and couldn't be adjusted, but we've just kept our blankets out of the bed"

"This hotel is a sanctuary, a haven of peace and calmess. The setting is of a traditional family home, open plan with high beamed ceilings. tastefully decorated with authentic furnishings. The garden is a peaceful place to sit in the shaded patio or by the sunny pool. We also enjoyed spending time on our spacious balcony overlooking the garden. The food was simple but delicious. The staff were welcoming and so helpful. The whole experience was wonderful!"

"The staff was incredible and so incredibly helpful with tours and making beauty appointments. We had issues with lost baggage and they did everything to help us. They arranged a driver and tours. The breakfast was incredible and the rooms very spacious and comfortable. It felt like being home"

"The place was beautiful and the staff went out of their way to help us. They were very attentive and answered all of our questions and requests in a timely manner. The room was very spacious, comfortable and had a nice balcony where we could enjoy some wine. The staff was amazing, they let me send a few bottles of wines and stored them for us before we arrived. We requested to use their barbecue area which was in the back of the hotel and helped us with dishes, utensils, etc. The wifi had great coverage, the rooms had heating and air conditioning. Everything was amazing."

"The staff at Casa Lopez were the highlight of staying there. Everyone was super sweet and went out of their way to assist. I don't eat a big breakfast so was happy with the lovely fruit."

"No real complaints per se...in the bathroom it would have been nice if there was a soap dish to place the soap. Same as in the shower, nowhere except on the shower floor to place toiletries. But that didn't take away from the lovely room."
