"Roberto and the Petite Maison were exceptional. Roberto was easy and clear in communication and very accommodating. He allowed me to check-in two hours early and provided so much information and tips for the city and area. is The property is charming, well equipped, and the location is excellent. The terrace was ideal for having a glass of wine or a cup of coffee. You are near many bars, cafes, restaurants, and the metro. Overall it was a very cozy and great time and I would recommend it to any solo or couple traveling to the city."

"Roberto was wonderful. He went the extra step to accommodate our arrival and departure times. He explained the best sights to see and recommended restaurants as well. He really exceeded our expectations. The bed and pillows were very comfortable too. All was clean and the towels were nicer than the ones on our cruise. TV worked great, as did high speed Internet and air conditioning."

"Very bright and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Great location near Soho Palermo, a cool neighborhood full of sidewalk cafés and boutique shops. Roberto is an excellent host"

"Petite Maison was exactly as advertised, modern and comfortable, equipped with everything needed such as a comfy queen bed, a small kitchen area, lunch table and TV, clean bathroom, and balcony! Located in a nice part of Palermo near the parks. Roberto was a very nice host available at all times for any questions and very nice about checkout hours (I was also able to leave my luggage at the place to pick up several hours later)"

"The host Roberto was superb; our flight was delayed and we did not arrive until the early hours of the morning. I kept in contact with Roberto through WhatsApp and he was there to greet us when we finally arrived at the apartment. He explained the entry system to us and gave us tips on restaurants. The apartment is situated in a safe location close to shops, bars, restaurants. Excellent value for money."
